This position is responsible for rifle assembly, disassembly and the operation of a CNC lathe and mill. Individual will be expected to perform other related tasks as assigned including but not limited to shipping duties and range maintenance. Full-time and part-time available. Gun enthusiasts encouraged to apply with on the job training available!

Job Description:
This position is responsible for rifle assembly, disassembly and the operation of a CNC lathe and mill. Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to legally own and possess firearms under federal and state law.
- Ability to safely handle firearms and adhere to all state, federal, and company firearms regulations.
- Experience with rifles and shooting experience preferred.
- Be able to follow verbal and written instruction accurately and precisely.
- Knowledge of firearm safety required.
- The ability to safely modify, repair or assemble components with the use gunsmithing tools with physical strength and hand/finger dexterity a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pack and ship orders up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in an industrial environment including temperature extremes of heat and cold, dust, noise, outdoor weather conditions, and wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Experience with CNC lathes and mills preferred, but not necessary.
- CAD/CAM experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Tooling and fixturing experience preferred, but not necessary .
- Willingness to perform other related tasks as needed.
- Must pass a drug screen, physical and mental health/psychological screen.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder).
