Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to legally own and possess firearms under federal and state law.
- Requires the ability to safely handle firearms and adhere to all state, federal, and company firearms regulations.
- Cerakote application experience preferred, but not required. On the job training and certification available.
- Proven experience working with rifles and previous shooting experience a must.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction accurately and precisely.
- Sound knowledge of gun control laws and gun safety.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to apply Cerakote coatings and metal flake finishes to a variety of products, ensuring a high quality and durable finish.
- The ability to safely disassemble rifle components with the use gunsmithing tools with physical strength and hand/finger dexterity a must.
- Ability to prepare surfaces for coating by sanding, masking and cleaning to ensure optimal adhesion of paint.
- Ability to mix and apply Cerakote coatings according to manufacturer specifications and company requirements, including safety protocols.
- Ability to maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a clean working environment and perform routine maintenance to equipment.
- This job will include general tasks that are needed to be done on a daily bassis around the shop, something we all take part in to keep a clean and functioning shop.

- Must be able to work in an industrial environment including temperature extremes of heat and cold, dust, noise, outdoor weather conditions, and wear all required personal protective equipment
- Must be physically fit including lifting up to 50 lb., pulling, reaching, and climbing.
- Must pass a drug screen, physical and mental health/psychological screen.
- Ability to perform other related tasks as necessary.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
